The skyscrapper city - GURGAON! #MadeOfGreat

#MadeOfGreat
Henceforth when we come to talk of the greatest cities in the times to which we have come to live and survive, and the civilisations, the crisis of urbanism is all the more concretely a economic, cultural, social and political one, even though in the present and current times, i.e to this day no force born of traditional politics comes to survive the society at large and cannot stand the recent trades. The city has seen huge developments from the village level to the highest level of urban societies. The sky- scrappers across the city are well developed and spread giving space to several mullti- national companies, schools, colleges, international ranking institutes, hospitals, and several housing colonies. The youth has come largely to find its way across the mainland of the city. The city has seen huge developmental accords and is now serving as the best model on the developmental grounds and the modernisation. The city has seen organisational development, with international standards, giving space for the growth of entire nation at large.
With my current association with the Gurgaon city, lying to the south of the National Capital Territory Delhi, with once a small dusty industrial village, now it is one of the fastest growing cities in the country witnessing rapid urbanisation, the leading financial and industrial hub with highest per capita income city in the country. The level of growth of the city is eye- catching luring people from different parts of the country and world.
DESIGN: Gurgaon has largely developed and is an house which inhabits architecturally noteworthy buildings in the country in amazing styles of development coming up with architectures from the recent times. It is great pleasure to see this city develop from the mere village to a world class city portrayed on the maps gracefully. The city has largely seen the development on the grounds of modern planning and infrastructure is highly maintained on the grounds of quality and quantity. The city is divided into wards and blocks which makes it easy for the committee and the organisations to look after them and give them proper path and direction of development in the modern times. The housing, companies, apartments are all on a rise inthis modern city.
DRIVE: The driving through the city is quite tedious in the morning and evening hours due to the office timings. The roads see slow moving traffic but due to well developed roads and infrastructure throughout the city, it sails across fine, while testing the patience of the travellers, residents, working class across the city. The city has been a host to several programs, cultural themes, plots and plays, family gathering grounds, halls, etc which are spacious and well planned to carry the programmes graciously.
CONNECT: The city has its well developed metro system. Bus services are also provided and the connectivity is highly developed. Private cabs, vans and autos ply throughout the city for easy commutation. The expressway of 27 kms lays into this city which is a six laned road. The railways also provide a great service connecting the city to other major cities in the country such Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, etc. It has an International Airport known IGIA, which is the busiest airport in the country providing the domestic and international connectivity.
With little short comings of the city related to the power coverages and traffic burdens, no one can prevent oneself from falling into the love trap for this city.

Sugar Free Dessert challenge - Sweet Sevai

I prefer to regard a dessert as I would imagine the perfect woman: subtle, a little bittersweet, not blowsy and extrovert. Delicately made up, not highly rouged. Holding back, not exposing everything and, of course, with a flavor that lasts. What a wonder that a dessert is no one can really say, until one has put on that shoe and has discovered what is in that pinches, where the pinch is sweeter and gives the ultimate pleasures.
Well, going by the Sugar Free Dessert Challenge that is on these days, I am up for it and it is a great delight to meet my sugar cravings through this wonderful way with the sugar-free nature which makes me to successfully accomplish those cravings in a healthy and hopeful manner.
One of the most favourite dessert of all time for me has been "SWEET SEVAI". I love it at all the times and one of the most easy and my favourite on the list for which I enter into the kitchen and end up trying my hand at this wonderful dessert.
The ingredients for the sweet sevai are as follows:
  • Milk - 3 cups
  • Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder - 1-2 pinch
  • Sugar-Free Natura - to taste
  • Raisins and almonds- few
  • Sevai - a cup

After all the ingredients are accumulated and collected at the kitchen slap, it is simple to proceed by boiling the milk in pan till the 3 cup milk reduces down to 2 cups. Now add dry sevai to the milk and give another another boil to the mixture. Add coconut milk to the milk and also add the SUGAR-FREE NATURA to the mixture. Add the pinch of cardamom powder to the mixture after removing from the flame. Garnish with the almonds and raisins, and serve hot.

Then, there is nothing like the freshly made sweet sevai and it brings ultimate joys and happiness into my life. Also, my mother and brother fondly enjoy this dish prepared by me. Though very simple but very refreshing dessert this sweet sevai is. The smell of cardamom is amazing and pleasant. A favourite one of mine, the sweet sevai!
