I am told by many times that the day when I landed in this planet Earth after taking birth from my mother's womb, my father held me into his arms. He was eager to grab me up from nurses' arms. He was seen the happiest that day, as I have been told.
What more a daughter would want when she gets to listen these words about her father from any other person on this land!! Love you paa!
Here I began to write secretly why I would idolize you and what makes you my role model. I would not cite reasons separately as that would lessen the importance of idolizing my father. He has not only been a role model not just for me, but many I have known have idolized him nearly.
The best of the lessons that I have been imparted these days are those of Shrimadbhagwad Geeta. He has tried and idolized those teachings and he tries to impart them in me alike. He daily reads aloud a chapter out of it and asks several questions about life and its learnings. I have learned to cherish them since they have helped me to come up in several activities of life independently.
I have always looked upon him in the times of any difficulties that I have come across and still would love to rely upon him, i won't mind, if it's for forever. The he has been a pathfinder of all the problems is incredible.
What I have come to learn from him majorly is to be lovable and charitable for humanity, to do the best for oneself and society has been what I have grown up to this day. Though, ,I am still a dependent child, but he has been a medium for me to do the best.
Facing the life with bold attitude is what he has been trying to impart in me. Building in the attribute of confidence in me has been his best achievement to date. I still remember the day when I was sent to hostel, and a tear rolled down from my eyes on parting and the lesson he gave me for those two minutes, they have been life changing for me till date, and then he bade goodbye, for few months, yes.
I have always been punished whenever I have been wrong, and prized each time for my good deeds and results. The toughness as a person is what I have seen in him, standing like a wall in the times of problems and facing them bravely.
To deal with good and bad, to differentiate between what is right and wrong, is what I have been continuously learning from him. No other person could teach and deliver it better.
Thanks for being there in all the best, crazy, worst, lovable and tough times with me!
